Viggle, a mobile app that rewards viewers for watching their favorite shows, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $58 million and uplist on the NASDAQ. The company is currently traded on the OTC markets under the ticker VGGL. The New York, NY-based company, which was founded in 2012 and booked $16 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2013, has yet to announce a ticker. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
