AMC Entertainment, the second largest movie theatre operator in the US with 343 locations, raised $332 million by offering 18.4 million shares at $18, the low end of the range of $18 to $20. AMC Entertainment plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AMC. Citi, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
