Fidelity & Guaranty Life, a life insurance provider targeting middle-income Americans, raised $166 million by offering 9.8 million shares (all primary) at $17, the low end of the $17 to $19 range. Fidelity & Guaranty Life plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "FGL". Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, Macquarie and RBC acted as the lead managers on the deal.
