Care.com, the world's largest online marketplace for finding and managing family care, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $80 million in an initial public offering. The Waltham, MA-based company, which was founded in 2006 and booked $75 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE but has yet to announce a ticker. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
