ARAMARK Holdings, which is leading global provider of food and facilities management and uniform services, raised $725 million by offering 36.3 million shares at $20, the low end of its $20 to $23 range. ARAMARK Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ARMK. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
