Sungy Mobile, which provides mobile apps, literary content and entertainment services for Android, raised $79 million by offering 7.0 million ADSs (all primary) at $11.22, within the range of $9.50 to $11.50. Sungy Mobile, which initially filed confidentially on 8/21/2013, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "GOMO". Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan acted as the lead managers on the deal.
