Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a leading global publisher of K-12 educational content, priced its 18.3 million share IPO at $12, below the range of $14-$16. All shares were sold by selling shareholders. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol HMHC. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citi, Credit Suisse and Wells Fargo were the bookrunners.
