NMI Holdings, a recently formed provider of private mortgage insurance, raised $27 million by offering 2.1 million shares at $13, at high end of $11 to $13. The company now has a fully diluted market cap of $765 million. NMI Holdings will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol NMIH. FBR Capital Markets acted as lead manager on the deal.
