Mavenir Systems, which provides telecommunications software and solutions to wireless carriers, raised $55 million by offering 5.5 million shares at $10.00, below the range of $15.00 to $17.00. Mavenir Systems plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MVNR. Mavenir Systems initially filed confidentially on 12/20/2012. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
