Avianca Holdings, a leading Latin American airline with hubs in Colombia, Peru and El Salvador, raised $409 million on Tuesday by offering 27.2 million ADSs (54% insider) at $15, below the range of $17 to $20. Avianca Holdings, which initially filed confidentially on 6/25/13, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "AVH". J.P. Morgan and Citi acted as the lead managers on the deal.
