InterCloud Systems, which provides telecom infrastructure staffing and management services, raised $5 million by offering 1.3 million shares at $4, below the range of $5 to $7. Intercloud Systems plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ICLD. Aegis Capital Corp. acted as lead manager on the deal.
