Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm focused on private clients, raised $72 million by offering 6 million shares at $12, below the range of $14 to $16. Marcus & Millichap plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MMI. Citi and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
