Endurance International Group Holdings, which provides web hosting, domain services and other cloud solutions to SMBs, raised $253 million by offering 21.1 million shares at $12, below the range of $14 to $16. The company had originally planned to offer 23.4 million shares. Endurance International Group Holdings will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol EIGI.
