Voxeljet, a German provider of large 3D printers and on-demand parts for industrial clients, raised $85 million by offering 6.5 million ADSs (14% insider) at $13, the low end of the range of $13 to $15. Voxeljet plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol VJET. Voxeljet initially filed confidentially on 8/12/2013. Piper Jaffray and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
