DryShips, a Greek drybulk shipping company that operates one Capesize carrier and five Panamax vessels, priced 13 million shares at $18, the high end of its proposed range. The company had originally planned to offer just 7.1 million shares, but increased the size of the offering before the IPO. Cantor Fitzgerald was the lead manager on the deal. The stock will be traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker DRYS.
