Burlington Stores, a national off-price retailer operating the Burlington Coat Factory Chain, raised $227 million by offering 13.3 million shares (all primary) at $17, above the range of $14 to $16. Burlington Stores will list on the NYSE under the symbol BURL. J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
