Tri-County Financial, a holding company for Community Bank, a Maryland-chartered commercial bank, raised $26 million by offering 1.4 million shares at $18.75. Tri-County Financial has been lightly traded on the OCTQB Marketplace. It will begin trading on the NASDAQ on Friday under the symbol TCFC. Keefe Bruyette Woods acted as the lead manager on the deal.
