RingCentral, which provides cloud-based phone systems to small businesses, raised $98 million by offering 7.5 million shares at $13, the high end of the range of $11 to $13. RingCentral plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RNG. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
