Vince, a high-end contemporary clothing line, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $200 million in an initial public offering. The company submitted its filing under the name Apparel Holding Corp. The New York , NY-based company, which was founded in 2001 and booked $264 million in sales for the 12 months ended August 3, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol VNCE. Vince initially filed confidentially on July 12, 2013. Goldman Sachs and Baird are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
