ClubCorp Holdings, which operates 152 golf and country, business, sports and alumni clubs, raised $252 million by offering 18 million shares (27% insider) at $14, below the range of $16 to $18. ClubCorp, which initially filed confidentially on 6/5/2013, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MYCC. Goldman Sachs, Jefferies & Co. and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
