SunEdison Semiconductor, a developer, manufacturer and retailer of silicon wafers, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering. The St. Peters, MO-based company, which was founded in 1959 and booked $953 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2013, plans to list under the symbol WFR. SunEdison Semiconductor has yet to chose an exchange. Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
