Graña y Montero prices upsized IPO at $21.13, raising $413 million

Graña y Montero, the largest engineering and construction company in Peru, raised $413 million by offering an upsized deal of 19.5 million ADSs at $21.13. The company had originally filed to offer 16.3 million ADSs at a range of $19.70 to $23.30, resulting in a deal size 18% larger than anticipated. Graña y Montero plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "GRAM". The company initially filed confidentially on 3/25/2013. Credit
