Graña y Montero, the largest engineering and construction company in Peru, raised $413 million by offering an upsized deal of 19.5 million ADSs at $21.13. The company had originally filed to offer 16.3 million ADSs at a range of $19.70 to $23.30, resulting in a deal size 18% larger than anticipated.
