NRG Yield, which owns conventional, renewable and thermal power generation assets, raised $431 million by offering 19.6 million shares at $22, above the range of $19 to $21. Based on the company's initial $0.30 quarterly dividend, it yields 5.5% at the offer price. NRG Yield plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NYLD. BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
