MiX Telematics, which provides fleet and mobile management SaaS solutions, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $125 million in an initial public offering. The company is already listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange under the symbol MIX.
The Midrand, South Africa-based company, which was founded in 1996, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MIXT. MiX Telematics initially filed confidentially on May 24, 2013. Raymond James and William Blair are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
