RCS Capital, a wholesale broker-dealer of non-traded REIT products primarily for American Realty, raised $50 million by offering 2.5 million shares at $20, within the range of $19 to $21. The company had planned to offer 2.8 million shares. RCS Capital will list on the NYSE under the symbol RCAP. JMP Securities and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
