Cellular Dynamics International, which develops and manufactures functioning human cells in large quantities, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $57 million in an initial public offering. The Madison, WI-based company, which was founded in 2004 and booked $8 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2013, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ICEL. Cellular Dynamics International initially filed confidentially on February 26, 2012. J.P. Morgan is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
