Rexford Industrial Realty, a REIT focused on owning and operating industrial properties in Southern California, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $300 million in an initial public offering. The Los Angeles, CA-based company, which was founded in 2001 and booked $35 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE. BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and FBR Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
