Global Brass and Copper Holdings, a fabricator and distributor of brass and copper products for various end markets, raised $77 million by offering 7 million shares at $11, the low end of the revised $11-$12 range. The company had originally intended to sell 9.4 million shares at a range of $15-$17. Global Brass and Copper Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BRSS. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
