ChannelAdvisor, which provides e-commerce platform to manage sales across multiple online channels, raised $81 million by offering 5.8 million shares at $14, the high end of the range of $12 to $14. ChannelAdvisor plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ECOM. ChannelAdvisor initially filed confidentially on 12/19/2012. Goldman Sachs and Stifel acted as lead managers on the deal.
