Ply Gem Holdings, a leading manufacturer of exterior building products in the US and Canada, raised $332 million by offering 15.8 million shares at $21, above the range of $18 to $20. Ply Gem plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "PGEM". J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
