Tableau Software, which provides interactive data visualization software, raised $254 million by offering 8.2 million shares (40% insider) at $31, above the revised range of $28 to $30. The company had originally filed to sell 7.2 million shares at a range of $23 to $26. Tableau Software plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "DATA". Tableau Software initially filed confidentially on 2/13/2013. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
