TriState Capital, a branchless bank serving middle market businesses in the northeast, raised $66 million by offering 5.7 million shares at $11.50, the midpoint of the $10.50-$12.50 range. TriState Capital plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol TSC. Stephens Inc., Keefe Bruyette Woods and Baird acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
