Armada Hoffler Properties, a REIT that develops, builds and owns office, retail and multifamily properties, raised $190 million by offering 16.5 million shares (up from 14.6 million) at $11.50, within the range of $11.00 to $13.00. Armada Hoffler Properties plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AHH. Armada Hoffler Properties initially filed confidentially on 2/12/2013. Baird, Raymond James and Stifel acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
