EVERTEC, a leading full-service transaction processor in Puerto Rico and Latin America, raised $505 million by offering 25.3 million shares at $20, at high end of the range of $18 to $20. The company initially planned to offer 21.1 million shares. EVERTEC will list on the NYSE under the symbol EVTC. Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
