ChannelAdvisor, which provides e-commerce software that enables customers to sell across multiple online channels, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $86 million in an initial public offering. The Morrisville, NC-based company, which was founded in 2001 and booked $54 million in sales for the 12 months ended 12/31/2012, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ECOM. ChannelAdvisor initially filed confidentially on 12/19/2012. Goldman Sachs and Stifel are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
