KNOT Offshore Partners prices IPO at $21, the high end of the range

KNOT Offshore Partners, an LP that owns shuttle tankers under long-term charters, raised $156 million by offering 7.45 million shares at $21, the high end of the range of $19 to $21. KNOT Offshore Partners plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol KNOP. BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Barclays acted as lead managers on the deal.
