Construction software company Textura files for a $50 million IPO

Textura, which provides an online collaboration platform for the construction industry, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $50 million in an initial public offering. The Deerfield, IL-based company, which was founded in 2004 and booked $22 million in sales for the 12 months ended 12/31/2012, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol TXTR. Textura initially filed confidentially on 1/9/2013. Credit Suisse, William Blair, JMP Securities, Oppenheimer & Co. and Barrington Research are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
