Tableau Software, which provides interactive data visualization software, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering. The Seattle, WA-based company, which was founded in 2003 and booked $128 million in sales for the 2012 fiscal year, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol DATA. Tableau Software initially filed confidentially on 2/13/2013. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
