Armada Hoffler Properties, a REIT that develops, builds and owns office, retail and multifamily properties, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $201 million in an initial public offering. The predecessor company booked $108 million in sales for the 12 months ended 12/31/2012.
The Virginia Beach, VA-based company, which was founded in 1979, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AHH. Baird is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
