American Residential Properties, a REIT focused on single-family residential properties, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $300 million in an initial public offering. The Scottsdale, AZ-based company, which was founded in 2008 and booked $3 million in revenue for the 12 months ended 12/31/2012, plans to list on the NYSE and has yet to announce a ticker. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, FBR Capital Markets and Jefferies are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
