Xoom, an online and mobile money transfer company, raised $101 million by offering 6.33 million shares at $16, above the range of $13 to $15. The company had originally filed to offer 5.75 million shares. Xoom plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol XOOM. Barclays and Needham & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
