Bright Horizons Family Solutions, the leading provider of work site child care and early education centers, raised $222 million by offering 10.1 million shares at $22, above the range of $19 to $21. Bright Horizons plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BFAM. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
