Seadrill subsidiary North Atlantic Drilling files for a $40 million IPO

North Atlantic Drilling, which operates a fleet of nine offshore drilling rigs, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $40 million in an initial public offering. The Hamilton, Bermuda-based company, which was founded in 2011, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NADL. Morgan Stanley is the lead bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
