Taminco Global Chemical, which is the world's largest producer of alkylamines and alkylamine derivatives, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering. The Allentown, PA-based company, which was founded in 2003 and booked $1.1 billion in sales for the 12 months ended 12/31/2011, did not file with a ticker or exchange. Taminco has not yet named bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
