Lehigh Gas Partners LP, a wholesale distributor of motor fuels and lessor of gas station real estate, raised $120 million by offering 6.0 million units at $20, the midpoint of the range of $19 to $21. Lehigh Gas Partners LP plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol LGP. Raymond James, Baird, Oppenheimer, Janney Montgomery Scott and Wunderlich Securities were the joint bookrunners on the deal.
