Seadrill Partners prices IPO at $22, the high end of the range

Seadrill Partners, which owns interests in four offshore drilling rigs, raised $193 million by offering 8.8 million shares at $22, the high end of the range of $20 to $22. Seadrill Partners plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SDLP. Citi, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
