Fleetmatics Group, a leading provider of on-demand fleet management solutions, raised $133 million by offering 7.8 million shares at $17, at high end of the range of $15 to $17. Fleetmatics Group plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FLTX. Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
