Indian rice maker Amira Nature Foods sets IPO terms

Amira Nature Foods, a processor, distributor and marketer of packaged Indian Basmati rice and snacks, announced terms for its IPO on Thursday. The Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based company plans to raise $126 million by offering 9 million shares at a price range of $13 to $15. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Amira Nature Foods would command a fully diluted market value of $470 million. Amira Nature Foods, which was founded in 1915 and booked $342 million in sales for the 12 months ended 6/30/2012, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ANFI. UBS Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
