Trulia, an online residential real estate marketplace with 22 million monthly unique visitors, raised $102 million by offering 6 million shares (17% insider) at $17, above the range of $14 to $16. Trulia plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol TRLA. J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
