National Bank Holdings sets range at $20-22 for $150 million IPO

National Bank Holdings, a bank holding company that operates a network of 103 banking centers in Kansas and Colorado, announced terms for its IPO on Monday. The Boston, MA-based company plans to raise $150 million by offering 7.2 million shares (100% insider) at a price range of $20.00 to $22.00. At the midpoint of the proposed range, National Bank Holdings would command a fully diluted market value of $1.1 billion.

National Bank Holdings, which was founded in 2009 and booked $234 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2012, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NBHC. The primary VC backers are Wellington Management, Paulson & Co., and Elliot Management. Goldman Sachs and Keefe Bruyette Woods are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
